Refund policy

Items are made to order, and most items take 5-7 business days to ship. If items are currently in stock they may ship more quickly but please expect items to ship in about a week, and arrive in 10-12 days from the day you placed your order. Returns are accepted of items in their original condition, and customer is responsible to ship the item to the artist or deliver in person. Once the item is received from the customer in its original condition, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued. Thank you for your support and understanding!
